A fabulous blue, turquoise and green floral sequin embroidery on a sheer blue tulle. This lightweight tulle lacks the starch nature of regular tulles but has drape and weight. Ideal for an eye catching dress or skirt, or as an accompaniment to an outfit and available in a variety of designs.
