A bright yellow filigree pattern on a deep royal blue double printed vision washed devoré velvet. Devoré is when fabric undergoes a chemical process to dissolve the fibres to create a 3D pattern. This lightweight velvet is perfect for loose flowing dresses and blouses and available in a variety of colours.
